    Monday - Thursday (11 AM - 10 PM) $2,500 | $4,500

    Friday (11 AM - 11 PM) $4,500 | $7,500

    Saturday (11 AM - 11 PM) $6,500 | $9,800

    1. We allow an extra hour for cleanup

    2. These hours may be moved up by 2 hours, complimentary (example 9:00 am to 9:00 pm)

    3. We allow you to add 2 additional hours to doors opening without moving up your total time for $250/hr for a max of 2 hours

    4. We require 50% of the Venue Rental Fee to reserve your date. The remainder is due 30 days later. Food & Beverage must be purchased through the venue and fees are split into 4 payments due at 90, 60, 30 & 14 days out from the wedding day

    5. Note – A Day of Planner/Coordinator is required, preferably from our Creative Partners list

    6. Band Surcharge - We will charge an extra $250 fee for the band/stage breakdown time

    7. Please be aware that Holiday Weekends will incur a price increase: New Years Eve & Day, Valentine’s Day, Memorial Day, Easter, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve & Day

  • When you host an event at Swallows Eve, yours is the only party with access to our 35 acres. You are welcome to use all areas of the property, and our team will focus on you.

  • Swallows Eve is a true culinary adventure with locally sourced and sustainable products and an on-site chef. We combine the traditional with our of-the-moment taste to create delicious menus.

  • Every booking at Swallows Eve includes staff, set-up, breakdown, clean-up, tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, in addition to several tasteful china, glassware, and flatware options.

  • Yes! We do require you to have a wedding planner or day of coordinator. Our team focuses on taking care of the venue and food and beverage service for your special day.

  • We would be honored to be the site of your engagement photoshoot, or any other photos you'd like to take on the grounds. As an exclusive feature just for Swallows Eve couples, we want you to take advantage of all the land has to offer.

  • Yes, as long as we have the date available we'd love to help host the kick-off event. You can also book our sister restaurant HIll Country Herb Garden. Ask about the perks of booking multiple events with Elements Hospitality!

  • No, but we always recommend starting here! With great client feedback, positive communication track record, quality services, competitive pricing, and familiarity with our venue - you can't go wrong with our recommendations.

Planning for Your Day

  • Yes! We love when a couple makes the space their own with decor. We simply ask that all candles are enclosed in heat-safe glass and have drip-trays for protection of our tables and linens. No permanent installations allowed. No glitter bombs. No confetti.

  • You have full access starting at 10:00am on the wedding day. Additional hours may be purchased if you need more time. Vendors may start arriving at this time, too, unless given prior authorization.

  • Yes, as long as there is not a Burn Ban in place. We also ask that your sparklers are no longer than 20" in length for safety purposes.

  • No. Cleaning is included in your Service Fee at Swallows Eve. Other than removing personal belongings, you are not required to clean up after yourselves.

  • Yes, our state-of-the-art sound system is included in our Wedding Services Fee. DJs and bands can hook up to our system that feeds sound to our many exterior spaces for easy listening.

Set Up & Day Of

Booking

  • We will hold dates and if/when another couple inquires, you will receive notice and an opportunity to secure your date.

  • In order to reserve your date, payment of the Venue Rental Fee, a signed Wedding Agreement, and a credit card on file are required.

Drinks & Catering

  • Yes, and our team is ready to make your favorite foods the talk of your wedding! Enjoy one of our chef’s creations or suggest your own for a custom take!

  • We take the dietary needs of our guests seriously and request that you collect all allergies for us to accommodate on your wedding day.

  • We're already on it, and we're glad you're also thinking about this. It's easy to forget the "small stuff" until it becomes paramount in the moment. Allow our team to provide lunch for your group while getting ready on-site, which can be pre-ordered for minimal stress. Did someone say Mimosa bar?!

  • All Swallows Eve couples get a tasting with our Chef before their wedding. We welcome our couple for an afternoon of culinary greatness to nail down the final details of your food and beverage menu.

  • We offer three bar packages for an easy, stress-free experience within your budget, or are happy to customize something just for your event.

    We couldn't resist putting together delicious, seasonal cocktails for you and your guests to fall in love with! Check out our professionally-curated menu for ideas or tell us all about your favorite drink - we can make your cocktail dreams come true.

  • Due to TABC regulations and our on-site license, we require that our clients allow us to handle their bar service. We offer three bar packages for an easy, stress-free experience within your budget, or are happy to customize something just for your event.

Venue

  • We love our furry friends and seeing them be a part of your special day! We do allow pets who can be part of your ceremony, however they do need to be kenneled during the remainder of your event.

  • No. It's very important to us that our couples receive our dedicated attention just on them. With so many important elements to execute, we focus on one wedding per day at Swallows Eve.

  • Our sister properties, The Winchester Lodge, The Evers House, and HIll Country Herb Garden offer luxury lodging experiences. For the ultimate Fredericksburg wedding experience, our couples and their guests enjoy close proximity to town for convenient access to lodging and other local experiences.

  • Safety is a top priority, and we would prefer your guests get home safely and leave their cars overnight. All cars must be picked up by 10am the following morning.

  • The covered Veranda is the perfect Plan B option for your ceremony, still giving your guests that open-air feeling without being exposed to the elements. It's important to us that you have a separate ceremony and reception location for the best flow between events.

  • Our property is 2.7 miles outside of town, and takes 6 minutes to get to Main Street. We offer the ideal balance between seclusion and the convenience of modern proximity.

  • Yes, we have handicapped parking spaces and ramps (either permanent or upon request) to each of our sites.
