Access

When you host an event at Swallows Eve, yours is the only party with access to our 35 acres. You are welcome to use all areas of the property, and our team’s entire attention will be on you.

Rentals

Every booking at Swallows Eve includes tables and chairs for up to 200 guests, in addition to several tasteful china, glassware, and flatware options. For additional fees, we also offer neutral floor-length linens, a champagne wall and boxwood wall.

Assistance

Our on-site event managers and world-class events team will guide you through the planning process, share our custom floor plan software, create standard timelines, set culinary consults and tastings, and connect you with our favorite creative partners.
